Spot.gg Launchpad programme rules
In effect since 28.10.2026.
Spot.gg Launchpad Programme Rules
Key points in brief (the full text of the Rules below is binding):
- The server is free only as long as you publish videos: at least 1 video every 30 days, recorded on a server from the programme, with our text and link at the beginning of the video description. The video must be public, and you add its link in the Client Panel.
- If you stop publishing or remove our text, you will receive a warning (e-mail and message in the Panel) and 7 days to fix it. Without a fix, we end your participation.
- After your participation ends, the server runs for 7 more days. You can extend it for a fee during that time. If you do not, the server will be blocked and then deleted like any unpaid server.
- Spot.gg may terminate the Programme or your participation at any time. You are not entitled to any damages or compensation for this.
§ 1. General provisions and definitions
- These Rules set out the terms of the Spot.gg Launchpad programme (hereinafter: the Programme) for creators publishing videos on YouTube.
- The organiser of the Programme is InterScript Sebastian Sobieraj, NIP PL6010066860, Chmielna 2/31, 00-020 Warszawa (hereinafter: Spot.gg or the Organiser).
- The terms used in the Rules mean:
- General Rules – Spot.gg Service Provision Rules, available at https://spot.gg/en/terms. Capitalised terms not defined below (e.g. Client, Account, Client Panel, Service, Failure) have the meaning given to them in the General Rules.
- Channel – the YouTube channel indicated in the Programme application.
- Creator – a Client whose application to the Programme has been accepted, for the entire duration of their participation in the Programme.
- Programme Server – any game server granted to the Creator under the Programme: after acceptance of the application and after acceptance of a request for another server (§ 3 sec. 8).
- Spot.gg Text – text with a link to Spot.gg and the Creator’s referral code, displayed in the Client Panel in the Launchpad tab (with a “Copy” button).
- Video – a video (including YouTube Shorts) published on the Channel.
- Counted Video – a Video that jointly meets all the conditions of § 4 sec. 1.
- Participation in the Programme is voluntary and free of charge.
- The Programme is not an employment contract, a contract of mandate, or an advertising cooperation agreement with monetary remuneration. The only performance of the Organiser consists of Programme Servers under these Rules.
§ 2. Who can participate and how to apply
- A Client may participate in the Programme if they:
- have an Account in the Client Panel,
- run a Channel and can independently edit its description and publish Videos on it,
- have accepted these Rules and the General Rules.
- A person under 18 years of age may participate in the Programme only with the consent of their legal representative (parent or guardian).
- The application is submitted in the Client Panel, in the Launchpad tab. The application requires in particular:
- adding the Spot.gg Text to the Channel description,
- publishing a video about Spot.gg and providing a link to it (this one video may be public or unlisted),
- providing a link to the Channel and selecting the server parameters,
- ticking acceptance of the Rules. Spot.gg records the date of acceptance and the version of the Rules that was accepted.
- Only one pending or active application may exist on one Account at a time. One Channel may participate in the Programme only from one Account.
- Spot.gg reviews each application manually and is under no obligation to accept it. The Creator is informed of the rejection of the application in the Client Panel and by e-mail.
- Providing false information in the application (e.g. someone else’s Channel) is grounds for rejecting the application or terminating participation without warning (§ 7 sec. 2 item 2).
§ 3. What the Creator receives
- After acceptance of the application, Spot.gg creates on the Creator’s Account a Programme Server with the following parameters: 4 vCPU and RAM and disk space selected in the application (from among the values available in the wizard). The server starts with the game Minecraft (Paper engine). The Creator may change the game and engine in the Server Panel.
- The Creator does not pay for the Programme Server for the entire duration of participation in the Programme.
- The Programme Server is not counted towards the limit of one server from free activation (§ 8 sec. 4 of the General Rules).
- During participation, the Programme Server operates without a term – in the Client Panel and in the mobile application it is marked as a Spot.gg Launchpad Programme server, without an end-of-activity date and without the option to extend or change parameters. This does not mean that participation in the Programme will last for a specified period. After participation ends, the time limits of § 8 apply.
- The Programme Server:
- has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, Wallet funds, points or other Services,
- cannot be transferred to another Account, sold or made available to other persons for a fee,
- may be made available to the Creator’s players and collaborators (e.g. via Subaccounts) – the Creator is liable for their actions as for their own.
- The code in the Spot.gg Text is the Creator’s referral code. For referrals, the Creator may receive points under the referral programme rules in force at Spot.gg. These Rules do not change those rules.
- The Creator is solely responsible for any tax obligations related to receiving Programme Servers.
- During participation, the Creator may, in the Client Panel, in the Launchpad tab, request another Programme Server – e.g. for a server network (proxy server and servers under it) – by providing selected parameters (RAM and disk, from among the values available in the wizard) and the purpose of the server. One request may be pending at a time. Spot.gg reviews the request manually and is under no obligation to grant it; the number of Programme Servers is not limited in advance. The granted server has 4 vCPU and the parameters from the request, and all provisions of these Rules relating to a Programme Server apply to it.
§ 4. Creator’s obligations
- The Creator publishes Videos systematically, i.e. at least one Counted Video every 30 days. The obligation applies to the Creator, not to each Programme Server separately – the Video may be recorded on any of their Programme Servers. A Counted Video must jointly meet all of the following conditions:
- it is recorded on a Programme Server (shows gameplay or other content from that server),
- it has the Spot.gg Text at the very beginning of the Video description, without changes to the link and code, so that it is visible without expanding the description,
- it is public (not private and not unlisted),
- its link has been added in the Client Panel, in the Launchpad tab, in the “Your videos” section,
- it complies with the content rules of sec. 4.
- The 30-day period is counted from the date of acceptance of the application, and then from the date of publication of the last Counted Video. The link to the Video should be added in the Client Panel immediately after its publication.
- Throughout participation, the Creator:
- keeps the Spot.gg Text in the Channel description,
- does not remove the Spot.gg Text from the descriptions of Counted Videos and does not hide those Videos (does not change them to private or unlisted).
- The Videos and the Channel must comply with the law, with YouTube’s rules (in particular the YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service) and with the General Rules. In particular, the Videos may not:
- contain illegal, harmful, hate- or violence-inciting, pornographic content or content that endangers children,
- infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights and image rights,
- mislead as to Spot.gg, including attributing to Spot.gg features, prices or promises that Spot.gg does not offer,
- impersonate Spot.gg or suggest that the Creator is an employee or representative of Spot.gg.
- The Creator may not artificially inflate results (e.g. buy views, use bots), distribute the Spot.gg Text or referral code as spam, or add to the Client Panel Videos that do not meet the conditions of sec. 1.
- Spot.gg does not impose the content of the Videos or require positive opinions about Spot.gg. The Creator may express their own, reliable opinions.
- The Creator labels Videos as promotional content in accordance with YouTube’s rules (the “Includes paid promotion” option) and with legal regulations, if those rules or regulations so require. The Creator is responsible for correct labelling.
- The Creator retains all rights to their Videos. Spot.gg may publicly inform that the Channel participates in the Programme, provide the name of the Channel and link to the Videos or embed them using features provided by YouTube.
§ 5. Verification
- Spot.gg manually checks the Channel and Videos: the Channel description, Video descriptions, link and code, Video visibility and compliance with § 4. Spot.gg may check this at any time, including after a Video has been counted.
- Each added Video has one of the following statuses in the Client Panel: “To be checked”, “Counted” or “Not counted”. Adding a link does not yet mean that the Video is counted. A non-counted Video does not count towards the obligation of § 4 sec. 1.
- Spot.gg may revoke the counting of a Video that has ceased to meet the conditions of § 4 sec. 1 (e.g. has been deleted or hidden, or the Spot.gg Text has been removed from it).
- Spot.gg may ask the Creator for additional confirmation, e.g. a screenshot from YouTube Studio or confirmation that the Video was recorded on a Programme Server.
§ 6. Warning and 7 days to fix
- If the Creator does not fulfil the obligations of § 4 sec. 1–3 (in particular has not published a Counted Video within 30 days, has removed the Spot.gg Text from the Channel or Video description, or has hidden a Video), Spot.gg – before terminating participation for this reason – sends the Creator a warning:
- by e-mail to the address assigned to the Account and
- as a message in the Client Panel, in the Launchpad tab.
- The warning states the reason and the deadline for the fix. The deadline is 7 days from sending the warning, and its exact date and time are given in the warning.
- The fix consists in publishing a Counted Video and adding its link in the Client Panel or restoring the Spot.gg Text or the Video’s visibility – depending on the reason for the warning. Adding the Video link removes the warning from the Client Panel. However, if that Video does not meet the conditions of § 4 sec. 1, the fix is deemed not to have been made.
- If the Creator does not make the fix within the deadline, Spot.gg may terminate their participation in the Programme without further notices. Spot.gg may also, at its own discretion, extend the deadline for the fix.
- The Creator is responsible for keeping the e-mail address on the Account up to date and for checking the Client Panel. Failure to read the warning does not suspend the running of the deadline.
- The warning and the deadline for the fix do not apply to the cases of § 7 sec. 2 items 2–4 or to termination of the entire Programme (§ 7 sec. 3).
§ 7. Termination of participation and termination of the Programme
- The Creator may resign from participation at any time by submitting a ticket via the ticket system in the Client Panel.
- Spot.gg may terminate the Creator’s participation:
- after the ineffective expiry of the deadline for the fix under § 6,
- without warning – if the Creator violates § 4 sec. 4 or 5, the General Rules or legal regulations, has provided false information in the application or abuses the Programme (e.g. adds Videos not recorded on a Programme Server, participates from several Accounts),
- without warning – if the Channel is deleted, blocked or ceases to be available on YouTube,
- at any time, also without stating a reason.
- Spot.gg may terminate the entire Programme at any time or suspend the acceptance of new applications. Spot.gg sends information about termination of the Programme to Creators by e-mail.
- Spot.gg informs the Creator of the termination of participation by e-mail and in the Client Panel, stating the reason (except for sec. 2 item 4) and the date until which the Programme Server operates.
- After termination of participation, the Creator may apply again. Spot.gg is under no obligation to accept the new application. Acceptance of a new application means a new server – it does not restore previous Programme Servers.
§ 8. What happens to the server after participation ends
- After participation ends (for any reason, including after termination of the Programme) each Programme Server runs for 7 more days. The Creator can see the end-of-activity date in the Client Panel and in the e-mail about termination of participation. If the Creator has previously paid to extend the Programme Server for a longer period, the server runs until the end of the paid period.
- During this time, the Creator may extend the server for a fee in the Client Panel, under the terms and at the prices of the General Rules, with preservation of files and settings. From the moment of extension, the server is a regular paid Service.
- If the Creator does not extend the server, after the expiry of the period of sec. 1 the server will be blocked (stopped, with no access to the game and files), and then deleted – like any unpaid server, in accordance with the General Rules. A blocked server can still be extended with data preserved until it is deleted. The server is deleted 7 days after being blocked. Before deletion, Spot.gg saves the server files in the server profile on the Creator’s Account; the rules for storing and deleting profiles are set out in the General Rules. After the server is deleted, it cannot be restored.
- Example: participation ended on 1 November. The server runs until 8 November. If the Creator does not extend it, on 8 November the server will be blocked, and around 15 November – deleted.
- The Creator should independently secure important data before the expiry of the period of sec. 1.
§ 9. No remuneration and no compensation
- The Creator does not receive monetary remuneration from Spot.gg. The only performance under the Programme consists of Programme Servers.
- Termination of participation or termination of the Programme, for any reason, does not entitle the Creator to damages, compensation, reimbursement of video production costs or free extension of the server.
- Sec. 2 does not apply to fees paid by the Creator for server extension – the General Rules apply to them, including the rules on complaints and withdrawal from the contract.
- Spot.gg may, at its own discretion, extend the deadlines of § 4 sec. 2 and § 6 sec. 2, e.g. when a Failure prevented the use of the Programme Server.
§ 10. Personal data
- The controller of the Creator’s personal data is the Organiser.
- In connection with the Programme, Spot.gg processes in particular: the Channel link and name, publicly available information and statistics of the Channel and Videos (e.g. number of subscriptions and views, publication dates, content of descriptions), links to Videos added in the Client Panel, the content of the application, selected server parameters, the date and version of the accepted Rules together with the IP address at the time of acceptance, and the history of warnings and decisions regarding participation.
- Data are processed for the purpose of accepting and handling the application and participation in the Programme, including verification of the obligations of § 4 (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), as well as for the purpose of documenting acceptance of the Rules, establishing, pursuing or defending claims and compiling Programme statistics (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the Organiser’s legitimate interest).
- Detailed information on data processing, storage periods and the Creator’s rights is contained in the Privacy Policy: https://spot.gg/en/privacy.
§ 11. Amendments to the Rules
- Spot.gg may amend the Rules. Each version is published at https://spot.gg/en/launchpad/terms with an effective date, and previous versions remain available on that page.
- Spot.gg informs Creators of amendments to the Rules by e-mail at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect.
- A Creator who does not accept the amendments may resign from participation before they take effect (§ 7 sec. 1); § 8 then applies. Continued participation in the Programme after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
- Amendments to the Rules do not affect server extension periods paid for by the Creator.
§ 12. Final provisions
- The Programme supplements the General Rules. The General Rules apply to the Account, Programme Server (also during participation, except for fees), Support and complaints. In matters relating to the Programme, these Rules take precedence.
- The Creator submits complaints regarding the Programme via the ticket system in the Client Panel. Spot.gg reviews them within 14 days of receipt.
- The provisions of the Rules do not exclude or limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
- In matters not regulated in the Rules, the General Rules and the provisions of Polish law apply.
