DigDeeper boosts how deep you can dig into the ground in Valheim by 150%, with fully configurable values. It also lets you adjust the maximum height you can raise terrain.
Run the game once with DigDeeper enabled to generate the config file. The mod must be installed on both client and server, uses BepInExPack Valheim, and can integrate with ConditionalConfigSync for enforced settings.
