Wither Skeleton Tweaks makes finding wither skeletons and farming their skulls easier. Every wither skeleton that fails to drop a skull drops a skull fragment instead. Skeletons spawning in the Nether become wither skeletons while keeping their weapons. Available for Forge and NeoForge on Minecraft 1.11–26.1.2.
