RFTools Dimensions adds machines and tools for creating your own dimensions powered by RF energy. It's an add-on that requires RFTools to be installed.

The mod is available for Forge and NeoForge on Minecraft 1.12.2 - 1.21.1.

Custom dimensions for your whole group are a one-click install on Minecraft Server Hosting – just add RFTools alongside it in the panel.
