OpenBlocks Elevator

OpenBlocks Elevator brings the elevators from OpenBlocks to Minecraft. Place elevator blocks at matching X and Z coordinates, then jump to travel up or sneak to travel down. You can recolor elevators and camouflage them with solid blocks.
