OpenBlocks brings an assortment of the authors’ ideas into Minecraft, with no single theme tying them together. Available for Forge on Minecraft 1.6.4–1.12.2, it requires OpenModsLib, and the author permits its use in modpacks.

To explore this unthemed collection together, rent your own Minecraft server and install OpenBlocks with one click from the server panel.
