Night Config Fixes [Archived]

Night Config Fixes [Archived] is a crash fix for the config error ParsingException: Not enough data available, thrown by the Night Config library. Instead of crashing, the mod catches the exception and rebuilds the blank config file from its default values (modpacks keep those in defaultconfigs).

It runs on Fabric and Forge for Minecraft 1.16.1 - 1.20.1, and on Forge it can also generate server configs globally instead of per world.
