Jumpy Boats lets you make small jumps while riding a boat, so you can hop from water onto land and even climb small slopes.
That makes moving animals and villagers by boat far less painful. It runs on Forge and NeoForge for Minecraft 1.16.5 - 26.1.2, with a separate Fabric version available.
