CraftPresence

CraftPresence customizes how your Minecraft activity appears through Discord Rich Presence, including your current biome, dimension and server. Available for Forge, NeoForge, Fabric and Quilt across Minecraft 1.7.10 - 26.3, this client-only mod requires UniLib starting with version 2.5.0.

For your own rented Minecraft server, one-click installation from the panel cannot replace installing CraftPresence on players’ clients, where its Discord integration actually runs.
