BountifulBaubles adds a handful of useful trinkets, mostly baubles, inspired by games such as Terraria. Many can be found in dungeon chests, the rest are crafted.
The Balloon boosts jump height, the Cobalt Shield grants knockback immunity, the Obsidian Skull protects from fire, the Ankh Charm combines immunities to many negative effects and the Magic Mirror takes you back to spawn. For Forge, Minecraft 1.12.2 - 1.16.5; 1.12 needs Baubles, 1.14+ needs Curios.
Terraria-style accessories liven up any Minecraft server, and installing them takes one click in the panel.
