HBKHEIM is a Valheim modpack with two mods listed in the author's description: CraftingFilter and OreMine. Their package names are cjayride-CraftingFilter and BLUBBSON-OreMines_GERMAN_TRANSLATE. The OreMine entry specifically names the German translation package.
If you do not want the German language, the HBKHEIM author instructs you to delete the \plugins folder contained in the .zip file. This instruction refers to the folder inside the modpack archive.
