DeathPenalty is a Valheim mod that lets you finely tune how punishing death feels. Adjust the skill level loss percentage, choose whether level progress is reset, and configure the durations of the “No Skill Loss” and “Corpse Run” buffs. ☠️
Run Valheim once with DeathPenalty enabled to generate the config file. The mod must be installed on both client and server, and some options can be enforced via ConditionalConfigSync.
